Current rates are listed beside each session type when you book in Jane. Elli offers a sliding scale.

Do I pay before my first session?

Yes. To reduce last-minute cancellations, the first visit is prepaid when you book.

Is counselling covered by insurance?

Many extended health plans cover counselling by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Check with your plan before booking; Jane gives you a receipt to submit.

Which counsellor should I choose?

If you’re living with a chronic health condition or having trouble sleeping, Denise may be a good fit. If you’d like a narrative, strength-based approach or a sliding-scale fee, consider Elli. The assistant can help you think it through.
